5/28/08     Hi everyone!    As many of you know, I recently had shoulder surgery for a rotator cuff tear and have been unable to paint or do any new work. Surgery was a success, but the damage and scope of the surgery turned out to be more extensive than expected. Thus, my recuperation is turning out to be MUCH slower than expected. At this point, I've been told it could be another month or two before I'm able to work or paint again.    RE: SHIPPING: All purchases made during my recovery will be shipped as usual.   It’s now been almost 10 weeks since the surgery. I’m very diligent about physical therapy and at-home exercises so I can get this all behind me as quickly as possible. It sure has made me grateful to have two arms, even though one is “out of order” right now. It’s just another reminder of how truly blessed I am. I've always liked to keep busy and expected this R&R to be so boring. Truth is....without much prodding, I could get used to such kick-back days!
