This piece would appear to be from the 70s and made of a Syroco type material. There are two shelfs sitting above an intricately carved arrangement of flowers and a bird. The shelves have a slot to hold a small saucer with a cup in front. It has been painted a cottage white and given a bit of distressing around the edges.

This unique piece measures 15-1/2" wide and 4-3/4 high.
