This Vintage Ornate Syroco™ Clock was originally gold, as seen in the photo above. These pieces were especially popular from the 50s thru the 70s, although the Syroco™ Company was creating pieces since the 1890s. I've given it a Romantic Cottage Chic makeover, painting it a cream color, highlighting the flowers and fleur di lis designs in soft pinks and sage green. To this an antiquing glaze was added to enhance the intricacy of the design. I've updated the face of the clock with romantic pink roses, bringing all together for truly romantic piece. This lovely piece measures 13½" x 13½" square, but is hung on a diagonal, almost diamond-shaped. When hung, the diameter, from point to point, is 19"
