Domestic & International

We utilize the shipping services of USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, whichever is most economical in a particular situation. Items will be shipped to you within 2-3 days of receipt of your payment, sooner when possible.

Very large or oversized items (such as furniture, floor lamp, etc.) cannot be shipped via ground shipping. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for making arrangements with PLYCON for pick-up and delivery. Another option for some large pieces, is Greyhound Bus (available in US only), and would be required to be picked up by Buyer at their nearest Greyhound Bus Depot.

The website's shipping calculator only computes shipping charges from UPS and only domestic shipping (in the US only) and is usually accurate. However, in the event the shipping calculator overcharges or another carrier offers a better rate, the lower rate will be applied to your purchase and the difference refunded to you via PayPal.
